A few teleport to friend consumables (or joining a guild with a nearby guild hall) should suffice. Most hero points can be obtained without additional requirements, but several are locked behind specific masteries, which you can't get without completing the first story mission of the corresponding expansion.

In Beastmastery, take Resounding Timbre, Two Handed Training, and Beastly Warden. Use cats for damage, dogs for CC, and bears for tanking. Devourers and spiders have ranged attacks, moas have buffs. That should get you through open world leveling nicely. I just finished leveling a ranger.

Silverwastes Shoveler – 2AP. For this achievement you need to use a Silverwastes Shovel to uncover a lost bandit chest. You will get these shovels mostly by completing events. The bonus chests will award them as well as some of the loot bags from the map like “Arid Dusty Satchel” and “Champion Mordrem Troll Cache”.
