Assuming that you're buying new, the only real difference is tires, USB port, and warranty. 701 has continental contiattack, 690 has bridgestone s21. Only the 690 has a USB port but I think they might have added it to the 2021 701 as well. And unless they changed it for 2021 the 701 has a 2 year warranty and the 690 only comes with 1 year. pkpR.
