Hi William, that device uses the generic Bluetooth driver in Windows . . Open Device Manager. Find that device in Device Manager, right click that and choose 'Update Driver'. Select 'Browse my computer for driver update'. Select 'Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my Computer'. Select 'Generic bluetooth Driver'.
